3. Orders and Approval

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Knittnstitch.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs, mockups, designs, specifications, quantities, colors, and measurements before production begins.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, designs, trademarks, images, or artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to use such materials.

Knittnstitch is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Production will begin only after payment has been received or payment arrangements have been approved.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or government charges associated with international shipments.

6. Production and Turnaround Time

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, supplier issues, or unforeseen events.

Knittnstitch shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs processing.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon shipment of the order.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Knittnstitch is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, replacements, or corrections may be considered only if:

The product contains manufacturing defects.

The product significantly differs from the approved proof.

The wrong product was delivered.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order along with supporting photographs.

9. Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing high-quality custom patches and keychains.

Minor variations in color, thread, material texture, size, or placement may occur due to manufacturing processes and shall not be considered defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knittnstitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted and refunds may not be available.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and customs requirements in their respective countries.

Knittnstitch is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by government authorities.
